1 All exhibitiors must use electric wires,cables and electric equipment meeting national safty standards. Solid wires, stranded conductors and rubber-covered wires are prohibited. In addition, no more than 3 electrical connections are allowed in each power line.Otherwise, power transmission shall be cut down.
2 Each standard exhibition booth will be provided with power supply with the high limit set as 250w/220v to support the use of small power-driven equipment such as computers, TVs, chargers etc. Exhibitiors in need of a power strip please report to the reception desk( with RMB 100 yuan as cash pledge, which can be refunded at any time). In cases that exhibitors are in need of high-power electrical appliances such as additional illumination, electric kettles, steam irons and so forth, please go through power utilization formalities. Otherwise normal power supply during the exhibition time can not be guaranteed.
3 Feature exhibition booth owners please go to customer service center( located on the west side of 2C exhibition hall) to go through power utilization formalities. Once it is done, temporary electricity must be switched on by pavilion staff by access to the distribution box. Private operations are strictly prohibited. Each exhibition booth has been designated a nearest electricity connecting joint. Electricity users must provide connecting wires, coupling boxes, switches plugs and sockets and the like for yourselves( Self-provided material must have ground protection installation). Large electrical equipment must be equipped with electrical leakage protectors.
4 During the exhibition, charge of electricity usage should be conducted by the standard of power consumption of exhibition equipment. In addition, the voltage and power output should be determined based on nominal value labeled on the data plate. In cases that large electrical equipment is running in low-power-consumption status resulting undetermined power consumption, the maximum load of power line shall serve as referrence base.
5 The time period during which electricity is served lasts from 2:00 pm the last day of exhibits arrangements to the end of the arrangements as well as nomal open hours of the exhibition.
6 In cases where electric equipment of exhibiting companies（such as refrigerators, freezers, arched doors, gas models and other power receiving equipment ）is in need of 24/7 power supply, please go to customer service center (located on the west of 2C exhibition hall) to go through 24/7 power supply formalities. We will provide special wires for your facilities and promise uninterruptible power supply.
7 Details of charges are as below:
